Christmas greetings; the vision spreads; feedback

From Alison doing easyZande in South Sudan :

‘Dear all,
I am very pleased to say Merry Christmas to all of you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I hope all are doing well during this Christmas season as we are doing here.
Rev. Martin, this is just to inform you that we had a very good talk with Rev. Richard Ruben who is doing Baka language. He is doing a wonderful work and also told me that he has informed two more other tribes who have agreed to do the work. And i will visit him with them on Jan 6th 2015 to explain to them again. I will send the feedback to you when i come back from there.’

These photos are from Gen Secretary Harka of the Evangelical Alliance, Nepal who is also leading their new Wycliffe Associates ministry. They’ve finished all 4 gospels at level A and are woring on the 4 volumes of veryeasyNepali Bible stories. Harka writes :

‘My wife Shova preached from book of Matthew regarding the birth of Christ for this seasonal message.

She found it so helpful to preach the word effectively. The introduction of the book was so clear and helpful.
Likewise people are getting help from our translation work.’

Martin & Jenny wish you all a very Happy Christmas and a wonderful New Year :
‘To a large extent in 2014 we have been concentrating our energy and resources on the poorest nations – which are all in Africa – but we rejoice to help Asia too – especially now that Indonesia, Vietnam and soon (God willing) Bangladesh are catching the vision too.’
