I have set July 1st for the deadline for me to receive booklets from Africa and Asis – before i choose the next set of leaders for ‘Camp Rhino’ the multinational facebook group cetred in Camp Rhino near to Arua in Northern Uganda.

Our ‘Neighbours’ policy has started well with Kenya helping Tanzania and then probably moving on to Malawi and Zambia. This,of course, follows on from Manipur helping Nagaland.
