The only language, other than English to do level A at ‘easy’ level is Chinese - from inside China!

The team started with chapter 2 of Luke, have now sent me chapter 1 and are moving forward to chapter 3…

They are copying easyEnglish where level A at ‘easy’ level has shorter sentences and a smaller lexicon than level B.

Level  A will be particularly useful for people, such as immigrants, wishing to learn Chinese and moving on from ‘veryeasy’ Chinese towards level B.

We aim soon to produce spirally bound books containing ALL FOUR GOSPELS in easyFrench for Africa from the DRC in the next few weeks.

The team there is moving forward to complete the New Testament by summer 2012.

A recent email from them :

Dear Friends; We are expressing here our deep hapiness in the Lord to write you all these lines. We are once more grateful to Dear Sister Yvonne for reading and correcting our works with much sacrifices for the glory of GOD. We have yet to reread and inlude  her comments on Luke in the global checking operation on 4 Gospels and very easygospel stories to be published at end of December 2011. God bless her and keep all her family.

May the Lord God keep all of us  to fulfil this task in unity and prayer.

50 more ‘veryeasy’ gospel stories are coming in october. The books of   Revelation; Acts of Apostles and Corinthians are being written at ‘easy’ level. Our faith is to publish the whole New Testament at end of June 2012;   The Old Teatament is not an early priority. We hope that the Lord will enable us to finish all the remainig books of New Testament at end of December or early in January 2012 to facilitate the job of checkers.

We have adopted the proposals of Rev Martin to lay stress on African languages such as Lingala and others. This has been planned since the beginning of this project in 2008  and we undertook some works on Lingala and Swahili of Congo different from the pure swahli which is spoken in easten part of Africa. But these steps were blocked after i have left Lubumbashi for medical care at the time when i was attacked by a hard sickeness and many of us deserted the team while they were expecting to be paid. We pray that Lord will send faithful men to really work for HIM and with a real call to serve Him in truth for the Kingdom of Heaven.

Therefore; we have planned to restart these languages in January 2012 namely Lingala and Swahili and also Kiluba .

May the HAND of God touch us all.

The first level A ‘easy’ text has arrived from China. This level will be coloured YELLOW in our Spectrum.

Level B is for pastors and most of the 700 million Chinese who have not had full education – especially in the villages.

Level A is for people of normal ability learning to read Chinese – it will also be refreshingly enjoyable. It is in easyEnglish!
